Good value and convenient location

Annbelle on reception is friendly and very helpful, our minivan to El Nido didn’t show (booked by the El Nido accommodation) she helped to arrange a new minivan booking. She also went beyond and helped with breakfast while we waited even though it was the end of service. She did everything herself in a friendly, calm, helpful way. I couldn’t ask for more, thank you! Room is a good size and has all you need. Close to a variety of restaurants, convenience store, airport and also quiet. Great value for money.

Aircon isn’t very strong.

Anabelle,was fantastic. Super helpful, and clean and spacious space.

The service is exceptional, the staff, Anabelle met all our needs and was extremely helpful with bookings of tours. She really made our stay. Would definitely come back just for the service. The rooms are super clean and the air con great.

Poor client focus

Calm street.

Hard to imagine how this place got so many positive reviews. Truly. And this is not our first travel in Asia... We were greeted by a bunch of youngsters sitting around in the reception area, running between the reception and one of the rooms they were using, though they clearly were not guests. The first room we got had a disgusting faucet, all full of oxidation and the reception could not give us the password of the wifi that was getting to the room. After insisting a bit, we got a new room, closer to the entrance, where the wifi reached. The receptionist nicely ensured the tv was working too. The bedsheet were stained, though, and when we asked for them to be changed the next they, the lady suggested we should change beds instead of changing bedsheet...!?! Eventually she did give us clean sheet but we had to make the bed ourselves. In 4 days/3nights the room was not cleaned, no towels changed, no toilet paper replacement and extra soap (only 2 small pieces & 2 sachets of shampoo provided on check in), came at an additional 100 pesos per item. I will not even mention the noisy airco, the shower which had 2 shower heads, one for warm and one with only cold water, the short shower curtain leaving the bathroom a swamp for days in a row (as no cleaning was done). Payment proved to be quite a challenge as well. At first we could pay by card but only during the day, then not at all... none of this experience added anything positive to our stay at this place. If it had not been prepaid, we would have changed.
